What we collect

If you send an inquiry, we save the contact and project details you enter, the submission time, and campaign tags in the page link, when present. A temporary browser-session identifier helps prevent duplicate submissions. We keep a daily hash of the connecting address to limit abuse; we do not save the raw address in the inquiry database. The hosting provider may separately keep standard access and security logs.

How we use it

We use your details to assess the project, respond, and understand where inquiries came from. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We count page visits, inquiry starts, and clicks on Instagram, V3X, and email links using a temporary browser-session identifier. These first-party events do not contain form contents or raw connecting addresses and are retained for up to 90 days. Counts describe browser sessions and actions, not unique people. The site has no advertising pixels. Post previews are hosted on this site. Opening an original Instagram post takes you to Instagram, where Meta’s privacy practices apply.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored privately on our hosting account and may be copied to our internal business tools for review. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in operating the site and responding to inquiries. We do not sell inquiry information.
